What cookie fulfillment options are available?
Pickup is free, local delivery is $5, and USPS shipping is available nationwide. Ground Advantage is $8 (3–5 business days), Priority Mail is $15 (2 business days), and Priority Mail Express is $35 (overnight).
Can cookies be shipped in any quantity?
Shipping orders must be placed by the dozen. Singles and half dozens are available for pickup or local delivery.
Where and when do I pick up my order?
Choose your requested pickup date and time during checkout. Please allow at least 48 hours for preparation. The pickup location and confirmed time are sent with your order confirmation.
Can I cancel or receive a refund?
All cookie sales are final and non-refundable. Please review your selections, fulfillment method, and address carefully before paying.
Which payment methods are accepted?
CookWithBleu accepts Apple Pay, credit and debit cards through Square, Cash App, and Zelle. Cash App and Zelle orders are confirmed after payment is verified.
How quickly will I hear back about catering?
Catering inquiries receive a response within 24 hours. Include your event date, guest count, location, budget, service style, menu ideas, and dietary needs so Chef Bleu can prepare the right next steps.
Which catering styles are available?
Choose from drop-off catering, buffet service, plated service, or a private chef experience. CookWithBleu serves events throughout PA, NJ, and NY.
How is my catering date secured?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your catering date. Your written proposal will explain the remaining balance, cancellation, and rescheduling terms before you pay.
Can dietary needs and allergies be accommodated?
Share dietary needs and allergies in your inquiry so the menu can be reviewed with you. The kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
